Once you place your order we will send you a confirmation email as well as an email to let you know when we have dispatched your item. We use Royal Mail Tracked and Special delivery. We offer free standard delivery, but we can deliver your item next day at an additional charge.
You can rest assured that you will be able to track your order from the moment it leaves us from here in the UK until you receive it at your chosen destination.
All products come in discreet, secure and plain packaging.
Estimated delivery times are a guide and commence once you have received the dispatch email.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
At Perlesque your pleasure is our main priority and we have worked hard to ensure our high standards are met continuously, but sometimes we realise occasionally this is not always the case and a return is necessary.
As long as your product is still in the box with all packaging in tact we are happy to refund or exchange your product within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us and we can arrange for you to send your product back to us.
